ScaFaCoS

License information

ScaFaCoS is released under both a GNU General Public License v3.0 and the GNU Lesser General Public License Version 3. These licensenses can also be found in the COPYING.GPL and COPYING.LGPL files respectively in the ScaFaCoS GitHub.

After installing and loading the module, these files can also be found in $EBROOTSCAFACOS/share/licenses/ScaFaCoS.

User-installable modules (and EasyConfigs)

Install with the EasyBuild-user module:

eb <easyconfig> -r

To access module help after installation and get reminded for which stacks and partitions the module is installed, use module spider ScaFaCoS/<version>.

EasyConfig:

• ccpe container only EasyConfig ScaFaCoS-1.0.4-cpeGNU-26.03-forLAMMPS.eb, will build ScaFaCoS/1.0.4-cpeGNU-26.03-forLAMMPS

  This is not a complete installation of ScaFaCoS, but one configured for use in the LAMMPS SCAFACOS module.

Technical documentation

The ScaFaCoS code isn't very well maintained anymore so it may not be possible to provide it in the future
