MATIO is distributed under a BSD 2-Clause "Simplified" License. The exact text including copyrights can be found in the COPYING file in the MATIO GitHub repository.

User-installable modules (and EasyConfigs)

Install with the EasyBuild-user module: 

eb <easyconfig> -r
To access module help after installation and get reminded for which stacks and partitions the module is installed, use module spider MATIO/<version>.

EasyBuild

Version 1.5.23 for cpeGNU 22.08 and 22.12 (archived)

  • The EasyConfig is adapted from the EasyBuilder ones.

Version 1.5.27 for cpeGNU 24.03

  • The EasyConfig is adapted from the previous one but with a switch to use CMake as the build system. Enabled shared library and HDF5. HDF5 parallel is used as MATIO is a Trilinos dependency and we use the parallel version to build Trilinos.

Archived EasyConfigs

The EasyConfigs below are additonal easyconfigs that are not directly available on the system for installation. Users are advised to use the newer ones and these archived ones are unsupported. They are still provided as a source of information should you need this, e.g., to understand the configuration that was used for earlier work on the system.
