Libidn2 is distributed under a mix of licenses for various components.

See the COPYING file in the source repository, and the COPYING.LESSERv3, COPYING.v2, and COPYING.unicode files referred to.

From LUMI/23.12 on, these files can also be found in $EBROOTLIBIDN2/share/licenses/libidn2 after loading the module.

Pre-installed modules (and EasyConfigs)

To access module help and find out for which stacks and partitions the module is installed, use module spider libidn2/<version>.

EasyBuild

Version 2.3.2 from CPE 21.06 on

  • The EasyConfig is a mix of the EasyBuilders and University of Antwerpen ones.

Version 2.3.4 from CPE 22.12 on

  • Trivial port of the 2.3.2 EasyConfig.

Version 2.3.7 from LUMI/23.12 on

  • Trivial port of the 2.3.4 EasycConfig for LUMI/23.09, but added license information to the installation.

  • Needed to upgrade to this version for compatibility with CCE 17.

Archived EasyConfigs

The EasyConfigs below are additonal easyconfigs that are not directly available on the system for installation. Users are advised to use the newer ones and these archived ones are unsupported. They are still provided as a source of information should you need this, e.g., to understand the configuration that was used for earlier work on the system.
