User-installable modules (and EasyConfigs)

Install with the EasyBuild-user module:

eb <easyconfig> -r

To access module help after installation and get reminded for which stacks and partitions the module is installed, use module spider LLVM/<version>.

EasyConfig:

• EasyConfig LLVM-17.0.6-cpeGNU-24.03.eb, will build LLVM/17.0.6-cpeGNU-24.03

Technical documentation

LLVM, mostly meant to be used in the OpenGL stack. These EasyConfigs are certainly not meant to be a replacement for the HPE Cray or AMD compilers on LUMI.

Version 14.0.6 for cpeGNU/22.08

• This EasyConfig is a direct port of the EasyBuilders one.

Version 17.0.6 for cpeGNU 24.03

• Based on previous easyconfigs with some changes coming from the EasyBuilders repository: building LLVM now requires three source archives while the previous version only required one.

Archived EasyConfigs

The EasyConfigs below are additonal easyconfigs that are not directly available on the system for installation. Users are advised to use the newer ones and these archived ones are unsupported. They are still provided as a source of information should you need this, e.g., to understand the configuration that was used for earlier work on the system.
