Imlib2

License information

Imlib2 does not use any of the standard licenses. It includes a COPYING file basicallyo granting everybody the right to deal with the software without restrictions as long as the copyright notice is included.

After installing and loading the module, the files explaining the license can be found in $EBROOTIMLIB2/share/licenses/Imlib2.

User-installable modules (and EasyConfigs)

Install with the EasyBuild-user module:

eb <easyconfig> -r

To access module help after installation and get reminded for which stacks and partitions the module is installed, use module spider Imlib2/<version>.

EasyConfig:

• EasyConfig Imlib2-1.12.3-cpeGNU-24.03.eb, will build Imlib2/1.12.3-cpeGNU-24.03

• EasyConfig Imlib2-1.12.5-cpeGNU-25.03.eb, will build Imlib2/1.12.5-cpeGNU-25.03

• ccpe container only EasyConfig Imlib2-1.12.6-cpeGNU-26.03.eb, will build Imlib2/1.12.6-cpeGNU-26.03

• EasyConfig Imlib2-1.5.1-cpeGNU-24.03.eb, will build Imlib2/1.5.1-cpeGNU-24.03

• The EasyConfig is a straightforward update of the 1.12.3 one for 24.03, but we made it a bit more conforming to our standards.

• Started as a straightforward update of 1.12.5 in 25.03.

• Switched to EB6-compatible parameters and added more sanity checks.

• After inspecting the configure output, it turned out that we could add several additional image formats without having to develop new dependencies that were not already in the central stack.
