arpack-ng

License information

The arpack-ng package is distributed under a BSD-style license a copy of which can be found in the COPYYING file in the arpack-ng GitHub repository.

User-installable modules (and EasyConfigs)

Install with the EasyBuild-user module:

eb <easyconfig> -r

To access module help after installation and get reminded for which stacks and partitions the module is installed, use module spider arpack-ng/<version>.

EasyConfig:

• EasyConfig arpack-ng-3.9.0-cpeGNU-22.08-noOpenMP.eb, will build arpack-ng/3.9.0-cpeGNU-22.08-noOpenMP

Version 3.9.0 for cpeGNU in 22.08 and 22.12

• The EasyConfig is developed in LUST and already switched to the CMake build process while those for older versions in the EasyBuilders and CSCS repositories still use ConfigureMake

• Variants compiled with and without OpenMP enabled to avoid conflicts with multiple LibSci libraries.
